In order to claim a refund:

Once the exchange has been inspected, this will be done within a period of 15 working days

Shipping charges are to be paid by the customers. Trade exchanges are at no cost and all the other charges such as, customs duties are to be paid by the customer.

You can ask to get money back in case:
