How To Measure Correctly

Use a soft measuring tape and stand straight in a relaxed position. Wear light clothing while measuring and avoid pulling the tape too tight.

Chest Measurement

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal under your arms and across your back. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight.

Shoulder Width

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other across your upper back. Keep your posture straight for accurate results.

Sleeve Length

Start from the top of your shoulder and measure down to your wrist while slightly bending your arm. This ensures proper sleeve fitting.

Waist Measurement

Measure around your natural waistline, usually located just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably fitted without compressing your body.
