Exchange & Return Policy:

If you receive a defective item, wrong size, or distorted color, you can exchange or return items within 7 days of delivery.

To process your exchange or return:

  • Take a clear picture of the item showing the issue

  • Attach the image in your email along with the receipt

  • Include details of the issue (size, color, defect, etc.)

  • Ensure the item is in its original condition with tags intact


Return Policy:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The product has a wrong size or color

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You didn’t receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe


Steps to Claim a Refund:

  • Contact our customer support and provide all necessary details

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method


Order Cancellation:

  • Within 24 hours: Full refund

  • After 24 hours but within 3 days: 30% deduction

  • After 3 days: 50% deduction

  • Once shipped: Order cancellation is not accepted


Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees at Jacket Aura.
